Super easy to use and keeps me on track.
Im using the app to train myself through the winter on a treadmill. 14 weeks will get me to my 10k goal and then options for a half and full marathon after that. Since I am on a treadmill, I run as hard as I can when it tells me to run and walk a moderate pace when it tells me to walk. Highly recommend.
While this app does not offer a lot of the other functions that different running apps have such as GPS tracking, pedometer, pacing and such it is a relatively user friendly trainer for those who just need that first push off the couch.

This app is so great. The intervals are great when training yourself to run longer distances. The voice telling you when to run and walk is also extremely helpful. Lets you play music too.
Great app for beginners. I used the C25K app to get off the couch (and up to 5k) and it was equally good. Now Im working my way up to 10k. 2 complaints; No GPS tracking feature and no split/distance times.

Great programme, easy interface and love that I can play my own music. Also that you can lock your phone and it wont turn off.
Completed their C25k app and now onto the next challenge. They look similar and its the same interval training. Nice to be able to skip ahead too. Lets see how it goes!
Started with c25k 3 years ago and had to repeat every week at least once, fast forward to now, Ive signed up for my first half marathon and training with this app again! Love it
