Despite being just a glorified timer with some annoying pop ups and poor UI implementation, this app -FOR SOME ODD REASON- uses 100s of mbs of cellular data. Why does a Timer that I have open for 1.5 hours a week use so much cellular data?
This is just what I need. Works great!
I love that it tells me when to walk and run.
Program includes warm up and cool down. The intervals are challenging but totally doable! I look forward to each new week.
Ive tried a few, so far this is the best Ive found. However, it does not track mileage so I have to run another app with it. Ive had issues with the volume as well, so I have to keep an eye on the app as to when Im supposed to walk and run because I cant always hear the voice. But I still prefer this app over the others.
This is my second time to work through this app and I love it. Its a great way to ease back into running and build your mileage up. I like that it keeps me accountable to running what I am able to run.

I first used the 5k app and now the 10k app. Works great with my iPod. Cant wait to use the half marathon one

Great app for running. This works great for me and I would strongly recommend this app. Only thing I dont like is the vertical orientation and would prefer a horizontal orientation option as I have an armband my phone slides into.
Currently in training to enter the military. This app not only keeps me motivated toward my goals but it also helps me ACHIEVE them with the perfect amount of push.
