Getting back in shape.
Im using the app to train myself through the winter on a treadmill. 14 weeks will get me to my 10k goal and then options for a half and full marathon after that.
Since I am on a treadmill, I run as hard as I can when it tells me to run and walk a moderate pace when it tells me to walk.
Highly recommend.
