Seriously? The app is called "couch to 10k", you really expect people to run 5 min straight after three weeks having trained only 9 times? It is not called fast walking to 10k. Sure i can repeat the weeks prior but what is the point of having a trainer if it fails to properly assess my fitness level by speed, heart rate, age, weight and other factors... Seriously what a joke... More discouraging than encouraging...
